During office hours, there will usually be someone you can talk to. Out of
hours, you can leave a message on the answer phone if you wish to be
contacted. MHS is the local mental health charity and provides a range of
day care and practical information and support services throughout Hambleton
and Richmondshire for people of working age (18-65) and for people over 65
who are experiencing mental health problems. There are also opportunities
for volunteers.
